Now, copy the contents of the second floppy from your disc set onto the freshly created boot floppy. If you don't really need the mouse feature, just insert a blank floppy into the FDD, create a standard boot disc. If you edited the floppy OK, you should have no problem. Now, when you boot from CD (and you decided to use the standard FIRST floppy), it will probably tell you to insert the second floppy. Then start your CD-Burn SW (I use NERO) to create the bootable CD and burn the second floppy to the disc as you normally would. Just insert the first FD, modify the config.sys and autoexec.bat to mount the CD/DVD driver. You don't HAVE to use the first floppy, but you can. Usually, the first one is the boot floppy, and the second contains the actual PM program. What I do is to create the DOS disc set (2 floppys). Yes, you can create a bootable cd for partition magic - I've done this several times.
